(she/her/hers)
Meg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens and adults in a trauma-focused practice. She is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—where they can show up as they are, without judgment.
Meg understands that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and she meets clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Meg works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges, helping them make sense of their experiences and move toward healing at their own pace.
Meg’s approach is flexible and personalized, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Together with clients, Meg focuses on building practical skills, deepening self-understanding, and fostering resilience.
Above all, Meg believes that meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and her goal is to empower clients to reconnect with themselves, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Meg is accepting self-pay and MaineCare. Please reach out to Meg directly for more information at mbeggslcsw@gmail.com - text or call 484-301-5566
