Patricia (Tricia) Ledoux received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-Conditional (LCPC-C) as well as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
Her experiences have included working with groups and individuals from various backgrounds and in settings including community corrections, community crisis and other state agencies. As a graduate student, Tricia trained at Island Institute for Trauma Recovery and Violence No More which expanded her experience and work in areas of problematic sexual behaviors, domestic violence and social justice.
Tricia utilizes sensorimotor psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family systems, as well as mindfulness. She utilizes multiple interventions to meet the client's needs and believes that each person is unique.
Tricia is not accepting new clients at this time.
